Local family health team honoured in Toronto

The Central Lambton Family Health Team was presented with the Bright Lights Award at the annual conference of the Association of Family Health Teams of Ontario held earlier this week in Toronto. The award for “Improving Health for People with Mental Health Challenges” recognized the leadership, outstanding work and significant progress being made to improve the services delivered by family health teams. Proud of my daughter (Krista) and I am proud she works for a family health team that is proving to be very effective!!! Congrats to the whole team on their hard work and dedication!
