9-1-1 call leads to charges of impaired driving for Wallaceburg woman

Lambton OPP say they were alerted to a driver suspected of driving impaired over the weekend. Responding to an area in St. Clair Township along Highway 40, police stopped a 2004 Oldsmobile travelling south around 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 4.

Police say the driver, a 45-year-old Wallaceburg woman, was found to be under the influence of alcohol and arrested.

She will appear in Sarnia court on Feb. 27 to answer to th charges of impaired driving, being over the legal limit, and two Liquor Licence Act offenses.
