Bluewater Health heralds Best Practices candidacy just ahead of Nursing Week
Feature, Lambton County — By JD Booth on May 4, 2012 at 2:47 pmThe selection of Bluewater Health as one of three candidates for the Canadian arm of the Best Practices Spotlight Organization was celebrated Friday at the Sarnia site.
The Registered Nurses Association of Canada launched the Best Practice Guidelines Program in 1999 to provide the best available evidence for patient care across a wide range of health care settings.
The program is funded by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care and recently chosen candidates, including Bluewater Health, are among more than 200 Canadian and international sites have been designated Best Practice Spotlight Organizations.
