Canadian Cancer Society Relay For Life in Sarnia 2012

The Canadian Cancer Society Relay For Life in Sarnia 2012 is slated for Jun. 15 at Clearwater Park, Sarnia, from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Organizers are looking for people to participate by walking in the relay or volunteering their time to help organize and make the event a success.

Relay For Life is an annual event that organizers say is not only a fundraiser, but an opportunity to get together with family and friends and celebrate cancer survivors, remember loved ones lost to cancer, and fight back in the hope of finding a cure for this terrible disease.

The Canadian Cancer Society says that peoples' participation in this inspirational 12-hour overnight event gives strength to their mission to eradicate cancer.
