Sarnia Police said the Sarnia Power and Sail Squadron will be conducting flare training, Friday, Apr. 19, at the Sarnia Yacht Club on Fort Street. The training will be conducted between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. and the flares being used, police say, will be white in colour.

Lambton OPP say a 54-year-old Sarnia man whose vehicle was pulled over for speeding now faces charges related to drinking and driving. The incident occurred on the afternoon of April 11. The man will appear in court on April 29 to speak to the charges.
