An Alvinston man has turned himself into Sarnia Police in a connection with an alleged hit and run accident at Davis and Julia Streets on Sunday. The 21-year-old surrendered to authorities just after 4 pm on Monday. He was held for bail and faces charges of Failing to Remain and Breach of Probation.
