Bluewater Power rates going up

  Bluewater Power rates are going up 3.5 per cent effective May 1. The increase, which is just under $4 per month for the average customers, is mandated by the Ontario Energy Board. Bluewater Power serves customers in Sarnia, Point Edward, Watford, Petrolia, Oil Springs and Alvinston.
