SCITS golfer qualifies for OFSSA tournament
Dan Bowling of SCITS has qualified for the Ontario High School Boys Golf Tournament, despite losing in a playoff at the SWOSSA tournament this week in Kingsville. The OFSSA tournament will be held on October 10 and 11 in Belleville.

Child dies as a result of being hit by vehicle
A five-year-old Sarnia boy who was struck by a vehicle this week has died. Police say Haiden Dugas passed away in a London hospital from injuries suffered when he was hit on Campbell Street, near Samuel, on Wednesday afternoon just before 4:30. The traffic division continues to investigate.
