City wants vehicles with expired plates off its property

City of Sarnia Council will be asked to approve an amendment to its parking by-law to include vehicles that have expired license plates from parking on city roads or property.

A set $30 fine woud apply if the Council approves the measure and the Ministry of the Attorney General okays it.
