Colts take a run at provincial title

The host St. Clair Colts head into the girls "AA" high school basketball tournament this week as the second seed.
The Colts, who beat Kingsville, 63-61 in overtime last week to capture the SWOSSA championship, will tip off the 18-team affair against Peterborough-Holy Names on Thursday at 1:00 p.m. at the St. Clair gym.
St. Basil of Sault St. Marie has been named the top seed, while two-time defending champions, Guelph-Bishop Macdonell is ranked third.
The tournament runs until Saturday with games schedules for St. Clair, SCITS and Northern.
The championship game is scheduled for Saturday at 8:00 p.m. at St. Clair
