Copper wire taken from cell phone transmission tower site

Lambton OPP say damage is estimated at $10,000 after someone broke into a cell phone transmission tower site in the 4000 block of Michigan Line last Thursday or Friday.

Cst. John Reurink says thieves cut an outside fence and then stole copper cable by cutting it from various locations on the tower and surrounding equipment.

Police say, as of this point, there are no suspects.
