Copper wire taken from near Oil Springs

Lambton OPP is probing the theft of 45 metres (150 feet) of copper wire from a cellular tower and surrounding hydro poles just west of Oil Springs.

Police says thieves broke in through an exterior fence sometime before noon on Wednesday.

The investigation is continuing.
