Environment Canada issues severe thunderstorm warning for area

Environment Canada has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for the Sarnia-Lambton. 

The event, which is said to come between 8:15 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Thursday evening may be accompanied by torrential rain, strong wind gusts and large hail.

Officials are warning to take cover immediately if the system hits.
