Free skate at RBC Centre coming Boxing Day

The Annual Boxing Day Public Skate & Hockey Tournament, presented by Sarnia Cabinets, will once again take place at the RBC Centre on Monday, December 26.

It will be an exciting, family-friendly opportunity for anyone in the community to skate where the Sarnia Sting does.

Skating is welcome from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., and everyone is more than welcome to stay for the entire day to watch a seven-team hockey tournament, with games starting at 8:00 a.m.

The final 45-minute hockey game, to determine the winner of the coveted Sarnia Cabinets Cup, will be held at 5:15 p.m. The hockey tournament is a friendly but competitive annual event, raising funds for Sarnia Christian School. A concession stand featuring delectable treats and hot/cold drinks will be available.
