Housing starts down in Sarnia and area

Canada Mortgage and Housing says construction on only ten homes started in August, down from 23 a year.
Year to date, the number of housing starts in the area defined as Sarnia, Point Edward and St. Clair Township are down 35 per cent from 143 last year to just 93 this year.
