Lambton College Firefighter Combat Teams earn gold, silver and bronze at last month’s competition in Sudbury

Lambton College Firefighter Combat Teams brought back gold, silver and bronze medals from Cambrian College in Sudbury on Saturday, April 14, 2012. This is the second year that Lambton College has attended this Fire Services Fitness Challenge event and achieved first, second and third placements.

The results include:

1st Place

Team # 1 – Men’s Firefighter three person Relay Team – Ian Van Reenen, Michael Ostroploec and Kyle Carneiro – time: 1:15

Men’s Individual – Ian Van Reenen – time: 1:35

Ladies Individual – Tabitha Siegfried – time: 3:15

2nd Place

Team # 2 – Men’s Firefighter three person Relay Team – Nathan Finucci, Cortland Kolesnikowicz and John Bain – time: 1:24

3rd Place

Men’s Individual – Kyle Carneiro – time: 1:43
