Lambton Shores, Point Edward, Sports, Uncategorized, Where we live — By JD Booth on February 24, 2011 at 12:56 pmThe St. Clair Colts have won the LSSAA Boys High School hockey crown by edging Northern, 2-1 on Wednesday afternoon. Both teams now advance to SWOSSA playdowns.
Elsewhere in SWOSSA boys basketball playoffs, Northern outscored Chatham-Kent, 58-34 in Senior “AAA” play and St. Pat's upended Chatham-Ursuline, 51-36 in Junior “AAAA” action. In Junior “AAA” play, Chatham-Kent beat Northern, 66-34.
St. Pat's and Forest-North Lambton both lost in SWOSSA Senior girls volleyball action, and North Lambton fell 3-1 to Paincourt in Junior “A” play.
