Lambton OPP respond to rollover, charge driver with being over limit
Crime, Lambton County — By JD Booth on February 6, 2012 at 11:14 amA 19-year-old Enniskillen man faces charges of impaired driving, being over the limit, careless driving and having a blood alcohol level of over zero as a G2 license holder after a single vehicle rollover incident on Plank Road over the weekend.
The incident, which occurred around 3 a.m. on Feb. 4, resulted in the driver being taken to Bluewater Health in Sarnia after the vehicle he was driving left the roaday, striking a pole and coming to rest on its side on the roadway.
Breath samples taken at the hospital indicated he was over the legal limit, say police.
The man will appear in Sarnia court on Feb. 27.
