Lambton Plowing Match set for Sept. 3 just outside Forest

The 2011 edition of the Lambton Plowing Match is set for Saturday, Sept. 3, with organizers saying the all-day event, to be held at the Davis Family farm on Townsend Line (3 kilometres east of Forest in Lambton Shores), is very much a family affair.

As Elizabeth Davis-Dagg explains, the event is sure to attract healthy crowds.

Bill Bilton is a long-time organizers and participant in annual plowing matches (and mayor of Dawn-Euphemia Township).

All are welcome to attend the free event.
