Lapish (nee Marsh), Lila Mae, (July 5, 2012)

It was the early hours of July 5 at Bluewater Health C.E.E. Site, Petrolia when our family said goodbye to our mother, grandma, sister, aunt and friend to so many people.  Beloved wife of the late Melvin E.C. Lapish (1988).  Lila Mae, of Courtright, is survived by her children Connie (late Ron, 2002) Hill, Linda (Lenard) Baker, David and Terry Lapish.  Mom was the greatest grandma to Tyler (Tina Levack) Baker and Travis Baker.  Survived by her sister June Kocher and brother Arthur (June) Marsh, as well as many nieces and nephews.  Also, survived by her “Little Boy” Tiger the cat which she adored. Family and friends will be received at STEADMAN BROTHERS FUNERAL CHAPELS, Brigden on Sunday, July 8, 2012 from 2 to 6 pm. Funeral service will be held Monday, July 9, 2012 at 11:00 am from the funeral home. Interment at Bear Creek Cemetery, St. Clair Township. In lieu of flowers, sympathy may be expressed through donations to C.E.E. Foundation (Continuing Care) or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
