Loan paid off for facade improvements on downtown building

A $20,000 loan that was issued under the Sarnia Downtown Building and Facade Improvement Loan Program has been paid in full, says the city's director of planning and building.

Kim Bresee is asking Sarnia City Council to authorize staff to discharge the mortgage, which is for a property at 180 Christina Street North. There will be no cost to the city.
