Local business robbed last week, police looking for clues
Crime, Sarnia — By Joe Burd on April 15, 2012 at 11:04 amSarnia Police Criminal Investigations Branch is investigating another armed robbery which happened around 11:20 p.m. Friday in the vicinity of Mitton and London Roads.
A man, with his face covered and armed with a knife and firearm, stormed into a local business and demanded cash. Two employees were inside at the time, neither of them injured during the incident.
Police said the man fled heading north on Mitton toward Durand Street. He is described as approximately 5' 6", and wearing a dark cap and dark jacket.
The Criminal Investigations Branch is continuing to investigate this matter.
