For the Sarnia chapter of the Parrothead Club, an international charitable organization devoted to the music and ideology of Jimmy Buffett and his tropical brand of rock, the big event of the season is the sixth annual "Phlock to the Dock" which starts off tonight with a Duc D'Orleans tour.
Pre-boarding music by K.D. Moore starts at 5:30 p.m. with onboard music by Identical Strangers.
All proceeds go to the St. Clair Child & Youth Services.
A land party on Saturday has gates opening at 4 p.m. with the Sarnia Kinsmen Club handling licensed drink and food.
Music on Saturday, at the Dow People Place, is by K.D. Moore, British Beat 66, and Caribbean Blue Band.
A Land and Sea pass is $60. Land only is $25 at the gate. For more information on ticket availability, call Parrothead Dennis Heath at (519) 867-3793.
