Over the course of the province-wide campaign, OPP and Ministry of Transportation (MTO) officers laid a total of 372 charges throughout Ontario. During the Operation Corridor campaign, a total of 68 speeding charges were laid, 193 equipment charges were laid and 89 commercial vehicles were taken out of service due to equipment issues or hours of service violations by the OPP and MTO officers.

Operation Corridor is one of six provincial and national traffic safety strategies supported by the OPP’s award-winning Provincial Traffic Safety Program.
