Rick Mercer visit at Lambton College facility will air Jan. 24

An episode of the Rick Mercer Report that includes a visit by the iconic comedian at the Lambton College Fire and Public Safety Centre of Excellence will air Jan. 24 at 8 p.m.

Mercer and his TV crew visited Sarnia on Nov. 18, 2011 where Rick "competed" with  the Lambton College Firefighter Combat Challenge Team, billed as  the “toughest two minutes in sport.” The Lambton College team has received top honours year after year at events across the province, country and even at the international level.
