Sarnia man charged under racing law on Highway 40

Lambton OPP say they charged a 46-year-old Sarnia man with racing a motor vehicle on Wednesday (May 2) about 6:30 a.m. The incident occurred near Moore Line.

Radar was used to confirm that the vehicle being driven was travelling at more than 50 km/h over the posted speed limit of 80 km/h.

The vehicle was impounded and the driver's license was revoked for seven days.
