Sarnia Police asking for witnesses to incident involving car and e-bike

Sarnia Police are looking for witnesses to a collision that occurred around 6:45 on the morning of October 3, 2012 in the area of Blackwell Road and Confederation Street.

An E bike being operated by a 34-year-old man was struck from behind by a small black car.  The driver of the E bike provided his information to the male driver of the black car, however, the driver of the black car is said to have left before giving his information to the E bike operator. 

No injuries were sustained by the E bike driver.  Two people stopped to offer assistance and police would like to speak to them to see if they have more information on the other driver or the black car.
