Sarnia Sting schedule announced for 2012-2013 season

The Sarnia Sting Hockey Club has released its highly anticipated schedule for 2012-2013.

The Sting will open up the regular season Friday, Sep. 21, with Belleville in town for the home and season opener.

Other highlights on the Sting schedule include the annual New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day home and home versus London (NYE in Sarnia, NYD in London) as well as the Family Day afternoon game Monday, Feb. 18, versus Plymouth.

The 2012 Pre Season schedule has also been released today and is as follows:

Friday, Aug. 31 AT London – 7:30

Monday, Sep. 3 VS London – 2:05

Thursday, Sep. 6 AT Saginaw – 7:11

Sunday, Sep. 9 VS Windsor – 2:05

Thursday, Sep. 13 VS Saginaw – 7:05

Sunday, Sep. 16 AT Windsor – 2:05
