Squires take Clinton 7-6 in Petrolia

Scott Hull's second goal of the game, in overtime, lifted the Petrolia Squires to a 7-6 over Clinton in Western Ontario Senior Hockey League action on Sunday night at the Greenwood Recreation Centre.

Scott McPhail and Jason Polera also each scored twice for the Squires, with Kyle Gould adding the other.

Polera now leads the league in goals with 17.

Greg Bailey chipped in with three assists.

Petrolia is in second place in the South division with 22 points. They are seven points behind the division leading Tavistick Royals and the Squires have two games in hand.

The Squires are at home to Milverton this Friday, December 3 at 8:00 p.m. in the annual Turkey Night game.
