Lambton OPP say an 18-year-old cyclist, Taylor Jackson of Warwick Township, remains in hospital with what are described as serious injuries after being hit by a truck Friday evening. Police have charged the driver of the truck, a 61-year-old Ethel, Ont., resident, with having defective brakes on a commercial vehicle.
