The St. Marys Lincolns scored five unanswered goals in the first period and coasted to a 9-2 romp over Lambton Shores in Western Ontario Junior "B" Hockey League action on Friday night in St. Marys.

The Predators have now lost eight straight games.  Their record is 4-23.

Bryan McCauley scored three times and added an assist for St. Marys, while Mitchell Berzins added a goal and four assists.

Dan Morin and Christian Babb scored for Lambton Shores.

The Predators host Leamington on Saturday night at the Shores Recreation Complex. Game time is 7:30.
