Lambton OPP pulled over a 1998 GMC pick-up Apr. 17 around 8 p.m. because it was being driven erratically and unsafe. The officer talked to the male driver and determined that he had been drinking alcohol at which point a roadside demand was made.

The driver failed the breathalyzer test and was arrested.

Further breath tests revealed that the male driver, 54, from Sarnia was over the legal limit.

He is slated to appear in Sarnia court on May 14 to answer a charge of Being over the Legal Limit.
