Update: Elusive man from January Top Ten arrested

Sarnia police have captured yet another one of their most wanted from the original list that went out in January.

Police said the elusive Christopher Robert Condie, 39, was arrested on Jun. 15 around 1:40 p.m. at an address on John Street.

Condie was wanted on outstanding warrants to arrest and he was named on the Sarnia Police Top Ten list from Jan. 12 of this year.

Police received a tip and acted upon it immediately.

Condie was wanted on charges of Fraud Under $5,000, Possession of Stolen Property and Breach of Probation.

He was held for bail and remains in custody.
