Williams, Rosemary, (June 16, 2012)

Peacefully at C.E.E. Hospital of Bluewater Health, Petrolia, on Saturday, June 16, 2012. Born in Mobile, Newfoundland the daughter of the late Richard and Isabella Power, ROSEMARY WILLIAMS, in her 93rd year. Rosemary was the loving wife of the late Stephen Augustine Williams (2001). She was the loving of mother Sharon and Marty Piffard of Petrolia and Stephen Williams of Sarnia, grandmother of Kevan Piffard, Christine and Nicholas DeBoer, Annie Piffard, Scott Piffard, Tearza Williams, and Desiree Williams and great grandmother to one great granddaughter. Rosemary is survived by her brother Richard and Paula Power Hemet, California and a sister Isabel Jasinski, Schaumburg, Illinois. She is predeceased by sisters Ida, Margaret, Hilda, Genevieve, Agnes, Julia, and brothers Jack, Patrick, Edward, and Lawrence. She will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. Visitors will be received on Tuesday from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Needham-Jay Funeral Home, Petrolia, where Parish Prayer’s will be offered at 8:45 p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Philip’s Church, King St., Petrolia. Interment of ashes will occur at a later date in Hillsdale Cemetery Petrolia. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Alzheimer’s Society(www.alzheimer.ca).
