Beer Show continues Saturday night at Bayside Centre

Friday night was 'packed' say organizers

The Refined Fool Brewing Company was one of several beer vendors on hand as the Beer Show continued Saturday night. Pictured is Josh Walters, one of the newest members of the Refined Fool team.

Organizers of the Sarnia Beer Show, which started Friday night at Bayside Centre and continues at 3 p.m. Saturday (and running until 12:30 a.m. Sunday) , say the two-day festival is gaining popularity into its fourth year.

Indeed, about twice as many people attended Friday compared with last year.

Chris Lewis is the event guru at Storyboard Cultural Community Endeavours, which took over the show last year.

Music has been amped up atĀ this year’s event, plus there are games (Jenga, Twister are two featured diversions).

Several vendors included theĀ folks from Block 3 Brewing Co. of St. Jacobs.

Tickets for entry to Saturday are $10. There is free parking underground at Bayside Centre and the entrance to the show is prominently marked.
