Petrolia has advanced to the semi-finals of the Bantam "A" division at the 51st annual Roy Caley Memorial Silver Stick tournament in Watford.
The Oilers punched their ticket to the final four with a 6-3 win over North London on Thursday night. Petrolia will now take on Centre Wellington on Sunday morning at 10:15. If they win that contest, they'll play for the title on Sunday afternoon at 4:30.
Elsewhere in Watford on Thursday, St. Marys downed Mooretown, 5-2 and East Lambton edged Norwich, 3-2.
Meantime, at the Earle Trevail midget Silver Stick in Petrolia, the host team has moved into the championship game with a 5-2 home ice win over North London on Thursday night.
They'll play in the title game against either North London Dorchester at 8 p.m. on Saturday at the Greenwood Recreation Centre.
And, East Lambton plays Glencoe on Friday morning at 11 with the winner advancing to play Langdon in the Midget "C" final on Saturday at 4.
