Sarnia Council goes back to school next month

The inagural meeting of Sarnia City Council early next month will have a different feel to it.
Mayor Mike Bradley has announced that will not be held at City Hall, but Holy Trinity School on Lorne Ave. instead.
Students from Queen Elizabeth School will also be in attendance for the event on Monday, Dec. 6 at 11:00 a.m.
It's the first time an inagural meeting in Sarnia has ever been held in a location other than City Hall, according to the mayor.
Juno award nominee and Lambton County native Emm Gryner will sing the national anthem and Justice Deborah Austin will administer the Oat of Office to council.
All nine members of Sarnia Council were re-elected to a new four-year term in late October.
