Sarnia dealership fined for fire code violation

The owner of a Sarnia dealership has been found guilty of a fire code violation and fined $3,755.
David Bailey, owner of Park Lane Chevrolet Cadillac, was charged following a fire at his facility in July 2010.
Sarnia fire officials say an Ontario Fire Code charge was laid after it was determined that a fire suppression system for the paint booth had not been serviced on time and was out of date.
The owner has 30 days to pay the fine.
