The annual Rotary TV auction airs Sunday on TVCOGECO

It’s a couch potato’s paradise.
This Sunday, November 21, you’ll have the opportunity to start and maybe even finish your Christmas shopping by barely moving a muscle.
The 27th annual Rotary TV auction will feature over 350 items, including everything from gas gift cards to 50" TV’s to a seven-day stay at a waterfront house in South Carolina. It airs from 1:00 to 9:00 p.m. on TVCOGECO.
"The annual TV auction is a great local partnership between TVCOGECO and the Rotary Club of Sarnia," said Terry Doyle, manager, programming and community relations for Sarnia’s TVCOGECO operation. "Organizing an auction with hundreds of items to be auctioned off is not an easy task-and neither is an eight-hour live broadcast. But combining our resources together allows us to pull off such a successful fundraiser.
Typically the event raises about $35,000.
All items can be viewed and bids placed on line at www.sarniarotaryauction.com and bids can be phoned in throughout the live broadcast at 519-333-6854.
